Order exterior-only ‘Green Grass’ photoshoots (with optional drone photos/video) and schedule the interior photos when it’s closer to the time you need to list.
Virtual Staging
Give buyers a sense of the space’s potential with virtual staging. Each photo is hand-staged to maximize interest.
Listing Videos
Choose a shorter Insta/Facebook Reel (also YouTube Short) or a longer length full listing video (or both).
Whichever version you choose, they are edited with music and sound effects that compliment the home.

Let buyers get a good perspective of how the home is laid out.
Multi-shot Flash Photography
Some homes don’t photograph as well using the standard HDR method. Issues we’ve run into where flash photography greatly increases the quality of the photo:
Poor lighting. Older homes that rely largely on table and floor lamps are a prime example. Adding flash will bring out the best in the home.
Non-neutral colored paint. Dark paint sucks up a lot of light and can degrade photo quality.
Home has inconsistent lighting and/or bulbs. Some bulbs give off a tungsten/copper color, others can lean towards blue or red. It may not be apparent to the naked eye but can show up in photos.
Color reflections of walls or other items in home. Non-neutral colors in home can cause ‘color casting’. Like different colored lighting this can greatly affect the final photo. Adding in flash will overpower the reflected light and show the home in it's natural colors.
